I have been interested in science fiction and space as far back as I can remember.
I have also been a gamer for most of my life, starting with simple board games, progressing to family card games, then more complex board/wargames, and then role-playing games.
When the combination of science fiction and gaming role-playing came together, that hit my sweet spot.
I have always been partial to “space opera” type games as opposed to more technical ventures.
